Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “user”) and Punchcard App (“we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding your use of the Punchcard: Goal tracking mobile application (the “App”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.

Description of the Service

Punchcard is a goal tracking application that helps users stay motivated with digital punch cards. Users can choose a card template or write their own goal, set a personal reward, and add a stamp each time they make progress. When a card is complete, users can treat themselves to the reward they chose. The App includes optional daily reminders and a Home Screen widget. Some features require a paid subscription. The App is intended for personal use.

The App may evolve over time and new features may be added, modified, or removed.

User Content

The App allows users to create personal punch cards consisting of goals, rewards, and stamps. This content is stored locally on your device.

You retain ownership of the content you create. You are responsible for the content you record in the App and agree not to use the App to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.

You may delete your cards at any time in the App. Deleting the App removes all of its data from your device.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by the App, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, card templates, stamp illustrations, and functionality, is the property of Punchcard App or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms of Use.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written permission.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the App require a paid subscription. A free trial may be offered for new subscribers.

All purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s payment and refund policies. Punchcard App does not process payments directly.

Subscription terms, pricing, renewal conditions, and trial details are shown in the App before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

External Links

The App may contain links to external websites, including the Punchcard website. These external sites are not operated by Punchcard App. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

Use of the App

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the App’s functionality or security
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use automated tools to access or interact with the App

Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of its features at any time without prior notice.

Disclaimer

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain the App, we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Use of the App is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Punchcard App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or interruption of service.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by the Punchcard Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When updates are made, the “Last Updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the European Union.
